Exceptional

Very clean. Good location, 3min from bus terminal and 10min on foot from city center. The bed is really comfortable, good shower. The best it's Andi and his parents. I let me leave the bag before the normal check-in time and he offer me a late check-out. I really recommend.

The price it's not cheap, but in Croatia nothing is.

A great room to stay in for a couple nights in Split!

The room is great, clean, has air conditioning and has a good set of little ammenities.

Only fault and not too much of a fault is it is a little far from main town, the public transport is very easy though!

Good value for money, not far from the old town

The room was small but had everything I needed as a solo traveler. I especially liked that the host put extra towels in the bathroom in case they were needed. And since I stayed for 4 nights, I really needed extra without having to ask. Cleanliness was great. The size was great money for the price but if you are more than 1 person, be aware that it would be too small for you. The host was very friendly and helpful

I liked almost everything. Just a recommendation that the host (who was far away and hence not present at checkin) could have sent check in instructions in advance instead of giving me a surprise when I arrived and had to call him to ask about checkin

Clean functional room walking distance from old town

Small functional room within walking distance of the old town. The apartment block is set back from the road a little, down what looks like a small side street which is in between numbers 7 and 11. Simple self check-in/out. Clean & bright.

Parking can be a little tricky depending on the time of day you arrive as it's on the road outside. We had to park 5 minutes walk away.

Location of the house is excellent and near to Diclotian palace just 1kms. The place was near clean and well maintained. The process of checkin was self and was pretty easy. You can contact the host and they reply very soon. Overall experience was really good.

Perfect

The host was a nicest guy who contacted us with detailed directions and instructions on how to get to the apartment and so on. The room is clean and has everything you need. The bed seems new and other facilities like shower are also modern. The best thing about the room is location, 10 min walk to the old town and basically all other important locations you need to visit. Highly recommend.

Everything you need for a short stay

We chose the place because it was situated just behind the city bus station. It is als quite near to the old town and harbour. Self check in was easy. We received very clear directions. The room was compact, but there were all we needed. we even had a table and two chairs, which is not very common in budget rooms. The stuffy air required a little ventilation, but it did help and we had very nice stay. I don't think there is any mold, because my husband didn't get any symptoms and he very easily does.

The price according to the price list is quite hight. I wonder if anybody actually pays it?
